- sa iti detectezi punctele de sprijin in viata (care sunt si unde se
afla)
- sa iti identifici cel mai important tipar motivational in performanta
- sa intelegi de ce o filozofie de viata sanatoasa nu e treaba unui
filozof
- sa iti identifici regulile de viata (constiente sau inconstiente) in
ceea ce priveste cariera, viata de familie si sanatatea
- o metoda foarte rapida de crestere a increderii vis a vis de o
problema
- cum poti sa te mentii pe un drum bun odata ce ai pornit pe el, si sa
eviti sa fii distras de tentatii
- si multe altele....
