*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
The FACETS Service domain is requesting a project manager to support service
domain activities.
Job Description:
This person is needed to support the 6 tracks of work that are contained in the
Service Domain work plan. Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Obtaining updates from service track leads on project work, and
working with scheduler to update Service Domain work plan
working with service track leads, stakeholders to resolve issues,
decisions, and risk related to Service Domain, and providing updates
for the Program database.
Running the weekly service leadership meeting which functions as a
communication vehicle for the Service domain
Providing above information to the Service Domain Director - Patty
Canham - to ensure that service work tasks are in alignment with
other domains and consistent with program goals
Skills
successful project management experience on large projects involving
call centers, web implementations with multi-platform integration
successful project management experience working with large,
interdependent
teams
strong knowledge of SDLC
extremely strong communication skills - verbal, listening, written
ability to work with all levels of staff
preferred, but not required - PMP certification
