There is no skills matrix for this RFS, but the desired qualifications are provided below. Besides the resume, it is strongly recommended that descriptions of similar project work and references be provided in a separate cover letter. MATC has the need to develop an automated process to create, enable, and disable User profiles within our PeopleSoft Campus Solution 8.9 application based on the position type, employment status and other eligibility criteria that resides in our 9.0 HRMS application. The solution will need to cross HR/SA databases since our employee information resides on our HRMS database. Whenever possible, the solution needs to be PeopleSoft table driven to eliminate as many technical steps as possible. We want roles to be managed and determined by Functional staff in HR and Student Records. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to independently work this project from start to finish including scope, analysis, application development, testing and documentation. Project management skills, organizational skills and communication skills will be essential. Due to the nature of this assignment, demonstrated experience and understanding of peoplesoft user security tables and structures is required.
