Required skills/qualifications:
Minimum 5 years project or program management experience
Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required.
Desired skills/experience:
We are looking for a non IT candidate. This is a Functional position Superior project management skills Ability to produce a cross-functional integrated operation plans Experience in the Technology Services Industry PMP or related certification, Strength in process methodologies (i.e. DMAIC) Ability to effectively lead the implementation of large cross-functional projects with budgets exceeding $1M Ability to identify and analyze complex program, process and tool requirements Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, customers and partners Strong understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment, billing and service cycle Works independently with minimal supervision required Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills for all levels (i.e. individuals at the peer, management and executive level) Should be comfortable with Business Analysis as well
