Job Description:
Need a Senior Business analyst with deep understanding of cross functional business processes involving Support and Sales business areas. The candidate should have expertise in mapping business processes and the supporting technologies. The candidate should be proficient in grasping current business processes and effectively translate these to business process maps. The candidate will independently setup meetings with business users and managers to gather business process inputs, create business workflows and conduct walkthrough's with Senior management.
Role/Responsibilities:
è Propose a framework/ methodology for defining business process workflows
è Analyze and document a set of defined cross-functional business workflows
è Facilitate meetings with business users and gather information on As-Is business processes and gaps
è Create workflow diagrams using tools such as Visio , hold reviews with business and incorporate feedback
Qualifications:
è Must have Support business experience preferably in the Hi-Tech industry
è Proven Business Process analysis, business process mapping skills
è Ability to extract information from business users and translate into process maps
è Expertise in modeling techniques using methodologies such as UML and OOA
è Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
è Excellent communications and presentations skills
è Expertise in use of business process mapping tools
è Independent, self driven person that can work with high level guidelines
è 8+ years of experience in analysis and design of business applications
