Also, Telecom Billing experience is an added advantage.
Specifically, looking for:
Solid C++, Object Oriented Development, Oracle development (Pro*C)
experience on VAX VMS/Unix environment.
Distributed computing experience a plus. Need to be familiar with XML
development. Experience in Rational Suite products like Purify is desirable.
