Designs, develops, and tests telecommunication software solutions. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and at least five years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have a working knowledge of AT&T's Business Direct and RouteIT products (this is KEY). Verizon Business Network Manager knowledge is beneficial.
