*Primary Skill Sets Required:*

·        Bachelor's degree in business, statistics or computer information
systems, plus 4-5 years working with web analytics and statistical analysis.
·        Proficient in the utilization of analytical and statistical
techniques (sampling, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, etc.) for
the measurement of online initiatives.
·        Able to make actionable recommendations based on insights gained
through data analysis.
·        Familiar with the Six Sigma methodology.
·        Understand user behavior and activity as it relates to web
analytics and user marketing experience.
·        Experience working with web analytics software. Familiarity with
WebTrends Analytics 8 is a plus.
·        Intellectual curiosity, responsibility, determination, creativity,
flexibility, drive and self-confidence. Self-motivated and able to work
independently.
·        Able to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple
projects in a deadline-driven environment.
·        Excellent communications (verbal and written) and presentation
skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative
environment. Able to form productive relationships with peers.
·        Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and
PowerPoint.
·        Experience working in Fortune 1,000 ecommerce or web based support
environments recommended.


*Briefly describe the duties and responsibilities:*
·        Use selected analytics tool to measure & analyze website traffic
and audience. Prepare reports that highlight key metrics & trends.
·        Leverage data to provide unbiased input to decisions regarding
potential site improvements for user experience.
·        Develop and evolve best practices for analyzing user behavior and
determine most effective approaches for driving the best user experience.
·        Create key performance metrics and analytics dashboards with input
from stakeholders; analyze and report on a monthly basis. Educate
stakeholders to understand site metrics and usability.
·        Assist in automation efforts that needed for executive-level
reporting (Excel, SQL, etc).
·        Conduct ad-hoc traffic analysis of key areas of the site.
·        Develop and evolve monthly web analytical reports.
·        Assists in defining key performance metrics for product success and
developing business cases to provide financial justification for new service
offerings.
·        Participate in project requirements & design meetings to ensure
accurate web metrics can be acquired.
