*Description of Work to be Performed: *Cognos ReportNet development and Cognos Administration responsibilities. Development of complex reporting solutions. Development of detailed test scripts and documenting results. Possibility exists for Cognos 8 to be used instead of ReportNet. * Special Skills: * Above average communication skills (both oral and written). Tools/Applications: Thorough knowledge of both hardware and software architecture of Cognos (required), PowerPlay Transformer and PowerPlay Enterprise Server (preferred). Knowledge of additional Cognos software products (Metrics Studio, Metrics Designer, Data Manager, Enterprise Planning) is highly desireable. Advanced knowledge of structured query language (SQL) Excellent knowledge of both dimensional and relational databases is required. Experience with data  modeling, Informatica, DB2, and SQL Server preferred.
