8365 - Performs activities related to the administration, installation, upgrade, and support services for the internet and intranet infrastructure using the following: JBOSS, BEA Weblogic, .NET, and SAP NetWeaver. The role entails working with technical teams such as Security, Unix, DBA and developer teams. The role requires an in depth knowledge of JAVA/J2EE infrastructure.
Responsibilities of this position include the following: •Provide expert knowledge in support of corrective maintenance, enhancements and performance tuning on JBOSS, WebLogic, .NET, TOMCAT, and other WEB infrastructure components running on UNIX and Windows platforms. •Work closely with development, functional, and security teams to provide complex solutions. •Support the design, construction, and implementation phases of a system and/or upgrade project. •Coach and mentor less experienced administrators in the design and implementation of solutions. •Knowledge in support of corrective maintenance and enhancements on SAP NetWeaver infrastructure components running on UNIX and Windows environments is a plus. Requirements for this position include the following: •Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. •A minimum of 5 years experience in JAVA infrastructure administration with particular experience in, JAVA/J2EE infrastructure, SSO, Kerberos authentication protocol. •Microsoft .NET experience is also desirable •Sound Knowledge of networking, security and load balancing. •Knowledge of Web Access Management concepts •Technical skills including system administration, installation, configuration, and database management and connectivity with respect to the JAVA/J2EE infrastructure. •Project management skills including the ability to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets, and to determine specifications, schedules, and deliverables. •Knowledge in Backup/restore procedures, including Disaster Recovery, Server sizing, consolidation and HA systems is a plus. •Ability to understand current I/T environment and follow applicable Company policies, practices, and procedures -- Nayeem Amin Decca Consulting Ph: 832 561 0634 [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "jobinusa" group.
