Rate: (5-8yrs exp) 50-55/hr
(3-5yrs exp) 40-50/hr
*Business Analyst Requirements*:
*- Strong communication skills*, has to be able to work with multicultural
teams and communicate effectively.
- Good analyst with *3-5 yrs* experience.
- *Should have experience with getting requirements from users*, conducting
*JAD sessions*.
- Experience with designing for mainframe systems, J2EE with websphere
environment a plus.
- Techno functional analysts would be strongly considered.
- Experience writing use cases and having certifications such as six sigma
green belt/black belt a plus.
- Analysts with *Financial* background/*Security* background/*Health
IT*background a plus.
- The Business Analysts *don't need to have all of the above skills
(preferred)**.*
- We have excellent relationships with the IT managers and can place
candidates even if they are slightly weak as
long as they know what the candidates weakness are.
