Position: Webmethds Developer Location: Harrisburg, PA Duration: 4+ Months Description: The web Methods Consultant will provide the technical, hands-on support and development identified as essential for the successful migration of the Integration Server from version 6.5 SP2 to version 7.1.1. In addition, the Consultant will review and validate the web Methods packages currently implemented. The Consultant will also develop new packages to aid in infrastructure changes based upon the standards, templates and security requirements created by the web Methods product administrator. He/she will assist current product support staff in solving any performance problems that arise during the contract as well as mentor them in the skills necessary to properly administer web Methods. The Consultant will review the UC and GEO Coding packages to aid in fixing any bugs, and assist in the migration of the code to Production. Assist in the installation of the Integration Server 7.1.1 and all necessary components from development through production. Review the current migration plan from version 6.5 SP 2 to the 7.1.1 architecture; making suggestions to address anything that may have been missed in the planned architecture. Assist in setting up MywebMethods server to aid in the day-to-day administration of web Methods. Provide instruction on vital and necessary components and packages within web Methods. Assist in the solution(s) to any problem(s) that might arise, such that the Administrator can fix them with confidence in the absence of professional assistance. Review current UC Claims code and assist in working out any bugs, including the design of a new process to call Treasury's Oracle database. Review and evaluate the GEOCODE package. Assist in documenting the DLI_ADMIN package. Assist in setting up Central Site. Skills Working knowledge of and experience with webMethods Demonstrated work experience with creating packages within webMethods Demonstrated work experience with Integration Server Administration Ability to debug performance issues within webMethods Must be able to mentor developers/administrators in using the webMethods Demonstrated knowledge and use of advance java and garbage collectors Strong technical experience and excellent analytical skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills Very Strong with Migration experience from v6.5 SP 2 to 7.1.1 If you are interested in the above position, Please send me your updated resume with contact info, billing rate, present visa status and present location ASAP.
