Project Description :
The Asset Management Project will work with business leaders to consolidate work processes, data and information systems across the T&D organization in order to provide the following.
1. Increased quality of asset information in support of decision-making.
2. More common and efficient work processes.
3. Reduction in IT maintenance cost.

Contract Time Frame
Approximately 1 Year - Starting as soon as possible, but no later than, Oct 6th 2008
Job Activities
· Manage Enterprise Integrations
· Manage Detailed Implementation Cutover Planning
· Coordinate with Quality Assurance Manager and support end-to-end integration testing.

Experience / Capabilities
· Hands on experience with EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) tools, such as Tibco.
· Experience with EAI methodology/frame work.
· Experience managing complex enterprise integration of COTS applications (Maximo, SAP, etc..) with legacy mainframe applications.
· Experience with implementation and deployment / cutover of large enterprise applications (Maximo, SAP, etc..)
o Developing detailed cutover plans
o Coordinating and managing virtual teams and resources
o Executing cutover dry runs
o Coordinating and managing virtual teams and resources
o Executing cutover dry runs
· Experience with data migration
· Experience with developing detailed MS Project, including milestones, deliverables and resource management
· Experience with Utilities T&D business
