eRecruitment is the topmost need. Need to have at least 2 years exp and 1-2
projects on eRecruitment

Need a technical candidate.
  Duties and Responsibilities

* *

Perform application development and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications
for Corporate Systems Integration area (CSI). The developer should be
proficient in all phases of systems development and full life cycle
implementation including requirements definition, data conversions, data
mapping, system implementation, system testing, and acceptance testing.



*Specific Duties / Activities:*



1.     Demonstrate strong capability in analysis, design, configuration,
customization, upgrade, development, implementation, and production support
of PeopleSoft applications.

2.     Analyze and resolve problems in all phases of the development life
cycle.

3.     Develop unit test plans and perform all phases of testing.

4.     Communicate effectively with systems and client contacts.

5.     Complete necessary documentation throughout project life cycle to
production deployment.
