Agile Team Developer
Location: CA
Duration: 6 months
Job Description: This Web Developer position will be part of a scrum development team that is enhancing a feature set on the web site. You would be asked to design, develop and unit test components in a highly iterative and agile manner. Aside from solid web development skills, the candidate filling this position must have experience with test driven develop (TDD) techniques and have the demeanor and communication skills required for pair programming.

We are looking for the following skills -
· Strong Java and J2EE development background.
· Deep understanding of web application design / web security.
· Hands-on experience with IBM's Websphere Portal is required.
· Good understanding of Model-View controll
Good understanding of Model-View controller distributed architectures. · Experience with Websphere Studio Application Developer (Eclipse)
· Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
· OO Analysis and Design experience.
· Experience with the scrum agile development methodology, including TDD and JUNIT.
