Location: *Portland, OR* Bill Rate: $45 Duration 6+ months
*Specific requirements:* Design, develop and deploy robust data models in a large scale environment. Strong working experience developing PL/SQL for Oracle 9i and 10g databases. Heavy end user interaction which requires contractor to explain complex technologies in layman terms.
