Position: HTML Developer Location: Atlanta Duration 3-6 Months Qualifications: - BS in Computer Science (preferred), BBA with concentration in MIS, or equivalent education/training/experience Technical Skills: - At least 4-5 years experience in report development and data management - Expert-level knowledge of Web analytics and traffic reporting techniques and tools, with at least three years experience using Omniture Site Catalyst or equivalent - Must have good understanding of Web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, XML) - We strongly prefer candidates well-versed in search engine optimization and marketing techniques, tools, and theory - Experience with web server (Apache) protocols, configurations, access and log files a plus - Strong business analyst with proven ability to understand your client's reporting and analysis needs and convert them into requirements, including written requirements documents - Reporting and Analytics Packages o At least three years experience with and expert-level knowledge of business/marketing analytics packages such as Crystal Reports or Business Objects o At least three years experience using Excel for data analysis o Preferred: At least three years experience using commercial statistics packages for data management and analysis (SAS, Hyperion, SPSS) - Knowledge of SQL, SQL optimization database design, data modeling, and data warehousing Other Skills: - Demonstrated analytical ability, strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques, and expertise in data collection and analysis techniques - Predictive modeling experience will be a plus - Demonstrated ability to meet objectives within time-sensitive deadlines - Outstanding follow-through, time management and planning skill - Ability to multi-task, take initiative and drive projects forward - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must build strong relationships with key business partners Duties: - Work with Turner's Web properties and eMarketing teams to develop goals and requirements for analytics and reporting systems to support SEO and SEM campaigns - Based on these goals and requirements, and working with our eMarketing group, put a strategy in place to meet reporting needs through internal systems development, third-party solutions or a mix thereof - Develop and operate reporting and analytics systems o Keyword research o Traffic forecast models o ROI models o Search ranking results including competitive analyses o Traffic and conversion reporting o Automated tools to aid site assessments and optimization - Guide and manage SEO reporting performed by vendor partners o Our SEO vendor partners provide various research and reporting tools; the SPA will act as the primary user of these tools on behalf of TBS o Define requirements for vendor-provided reports o Assess quality of vendor systems - Identify, evaluate, and then select keyword research, competitive ranking, and other SEO-related data sources as needed o Identify commercial sources for keyword and other SEO-related data o Evaluate quality of potential data sources, working closely with our Research Department o Negotiate deals with vendors; manage vendor partnerships - Keyword research o Assist Web sites in developing lists of target keywords for optimization o Estimate potential traffic gains tied to SEO based on keyword/search data - Web analytics & traffic reporting o Work with the Sites to define meaningful measures of success for SEO o Audit Web Analytics systems to make sure they are prepared to measure search traffic; make recommendations for new configurations and tagging strategies as needed o Define requirements for traffic reports o Develop and run custom reports using Omniture and other systems as needed o With Finance, estimate and track ROI - Produce report documentation and provide training and technical support on reports, analytics systems, and models - Consult with TBS Web properties on SEO and SEM Please send me your Updated Resume and these details ASAP: Full Name: Contact No: E-mail ID: Availability: Visa Status/Citizenship: Current Location: Best Rate: Ling Technologies, Inc.
