Rate: $50/hr Duration: 7+ Months Location: Downtown, San Francisco, CA Job Classification: Business Systems Analyst *Position Description: *Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. *Description: * Acts as a liaison between client and technical team by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Responsible to check and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Would act as a mentor to less experienced staff. Any Online Banking experience is preferred Roles & Responsibilities 1. Manage the availability of Client products. 2. Identify trends and problems as they relate to customer experience and system performance of the product platform. 3. Reports. 4. Review business requirements documents, technical specifications document, system diagrams, contracts, and other pertinent documents for familiarization. 5.
