Position: Communication Support Specialist - Junior level
Duration: 6+ months (Extendable)

Start date: 2 weeks
We are seeking a Communications Support Specialist/Business Analyst to assist and support team communication updates, operational team optimization projects and other support activities.
Candidate must have be assertive, and have the ability to manage details and have superior analysis, problem solving and data organization skill set. Other attributes would include strong written, verbal communication and listening skills.
Duties:
· Website Updates
· SharePoint Collaboration Tool management
· Newsletter
· Tracking and follow up of Team Deliverables
· Process Documentation
· Provide analysis in support of business requirements and capabilities, prioritize analysis and make recommendations to the project deliverables.
· Candidate will also assist in planning and communication strategy
· Collect and Analyze metrics data
· Web Analytics Reporting
Education:
Preferred Coursework: Marketing; Business Management
Preferred coursework in Communications
Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible and highly organized, has the ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues
Experience creating professional presentations using PowerPoint
Extremely detail-oriented, process mapping experience
Ability to work independently, as well as partner and collaboratively with other team members work
Highly Desired:
Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Dreamweaver, HTML, Photoshop
