*Description*

This position is responsible for daily support of the enterprise deployment
of SharePoint 2007 infrastructure. The deployment is new and will eventually
support all JM Family business units. The individual is responsible for
working with clients and other ITS associates to resolve problems and
enhance system to advance their businesses.

Tasks to be performed are monitoring, problem resolution, security setup,
site build-out, capacity planning, component migration and working with PMOs
to expand knowledge and the SharePoint infrastructure to aid in business
productivity.  Position will be responsible for communicating standards and
auditing of SharePoint governance policies.

*Qualifications Standards*

   1. Advanced SharePoint Farm Administration skills in corporate
   environment with multiple site collections, sites and sub-sites.


   1. Advanced problem solving skills exhibited with proven record of
   interviewing users, investigation of code, hypothesis generation, testing
   and successful resolution.


   1. Evidence of successful execution of SharePoint site build-out
   following standards, guidelines and policies.


   1. Experience in Oncall rotation with proven success in achieving quick
   resolution.


   1. Knowledge of and experience enforcing SharePoint best practices and
   governance.


   1. Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and software
   vendors.  Proven experience in selling of innovative solutions.


   1. Time management skills utilized to effectively prioritize problem
   resolution tasks and project tasks.


   1. Proven documentation skills for system deliverables.


   1. Effectively utilizes productivity tools including SharePoint
   Administration tools, time reporting, change management, problem tracking,
   and MSOffice products.


   1. Training skills to enable knowledge transfer and client education on
   solutions, best practices and how-to's.


   1. Proficiency with SQL Server and replication methods as it relates to
   SharePoint Administration.


   1. Experience with Monitoring tools and techniques such as Microsoft
   Operations Manager(MOM).


   1. Experience with security, Active Directory, authentication and
   authorization mechanisms including AD vs. SharePoint groups.


   1. Portal and Farm Administration experience, including Shared Services
   (in particular crawling and indexing for Search).
