Filenet Administrator - P8 upgrading to version 4 (Please submit administrators, not developers)
This position will act as a middleware system engineer for the Shared Application Services workflow and BPM infrastructure team.
Responsibilities will include:
FileNet P8 system support maintaining 24x7 operations with high availability, 3rd level P8 platform technical support for multiple applications, developer support, custom development, scripting, middleware and repository configuration, implementation and tracking of system patches, security administration, system monitoring and backup, in both Microsoft and UNIX -Solaris environments.
The position will also serve as a technical liaison with the vendors' support staffs and facilitate end-user technical support and troubleshooting.
