Must have over 5 years of testing experience.
Experience with commercial software releases and windows client-server architecture.
Other than that, I'm looking for the basic QA Lead - very skilled with Quality Center, has written several test strategies/plans, understands test prioritization, great communicator, and has recently executed manual tests in Quality Center.
