We are looking for people who have excellent comms. Skills. We have 2 lead positions at Chicago.
1) Performance Lead and 2) Test Lead.
Both positions are for Chicago, IL
and Automation & Regression Testing Lead for Plano, TX
1) SAP Testing Lead (1 in Chicago) - Senior SAP Testing who has specific expertise in SAP CRM TPM module test planning and execution (system, integration and performance testing).
Needs to provide thought leadership based on knowledge of TPM module to identify strategy and plan for TPM testing.
Should have excellent comms. Skills, very in-depth knowledge in Testing including methodologies etc.
Should have worked on testing tools like QTP, Mecury QC etc and should have demonstrable leadership in developing relationship with senior management like VPs.
If finding TPM is difficult then pls. look for very senior and seasoned testing consultant with CRM-Marketing and Campaign Management skills.
Needs strong effort estimation experience and presentation/communication skills.
Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry with SAP implementation is a plus.
2) SAP Performance Testing Lead (1 in Chicago)-
Senior SAP Performance Tester with good experience in various SAP Modules like FI, SD, CRM.
Should have extensive experience in Load Runner and has demonstrated leadership in developing relationship with senior management like VPs. Should have expertise in effort estimation experience and presentation/communication skills.
Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry with SAP implementation is a plus.
Should have lead a performance team in a multi-release SAP environment with aggressive go-live dates.
3)SAP Regression and Automation Lead (1 in Plano, TX)-
Senior SAP Automation and Regression Tester with good experience in various SAP Modules like FI, SD,MM, BI , APO and CRM. Should have extensive experience in QTP and has done test plans and strategies for automation and regression Testing.
Should have excellent comms. Skills..we will need a much stronger profile with excellent personality.
Someone who has done test planning and test strategy (including regression, automation & performance testing) in a SAP implementation scenario with multiple releases over time.
Each release has incremental features and therefore the regression suite keeps increasing, however, the release e window remains the same, and therefore it is very important to have someone with prior experience in large scale SAP implementation project testing with multiple release planning.
Needs strong effort estimation experience and presentation/communication skills.
Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry with SAP implementation is a plus.
