Rate: $60-65 Duration: 6 Months + Location: DC Peoplesoft HCM Technical/Functionall SME Level 5 *Complete Description: * Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition, SOW creation for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM eRecruit, ePerformance, eLearning, eCompensation and HCM Datawarehouse / Workforce Analytics modules Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. i. Gather key business objectives ii. Identify current business process challenges iii. Identify key metrics and measures for success Identify and document gaps in business processes Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. Posesses expert technical skills across PeopleSoft, Oracle, Web and Application Server configuration Strong understanding of the resource requirements for implementing two or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: eRecruit, eCompensation, Enterprise Learning Management, ePerformance, Workforce Analytics and Datamarts *Behavior Characteristics: * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical persons.
