The product will be applied to both internal and external systems. · This is a very heterogeneous environment; so we require someone with · Oracle Identity Management & Identity Federation installation, · Support & maintenance experience. · You will work with a worldwide cross-functional team, and assist the project manager and tech lead to drive projects to completion. You will collaborate with dispersed teams, both geographically and technologically, so you must have the skills to understand and respect cultural differences. · The ideal OIM / OIF engineer demonstrates the desired blend of technology and communication skills necessary to succeed in this position. *Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Knowledge of and experience with installing, configuring the OIM and OIF infrastructure is a must. This is a critical part of the position · Provide post-production support (this is a must) · Provide consultation on technology in area of subject-matter expertise · Produce high quality documentation (e.g. Document design, code, and · processes to ensure reuse / succession of ownership) · Communicate status (e.g. report on progress against technical plan; timely escalation of issues and risks) Conduct load testing and performance tuning of infrastructure Transfer knowledge to support teams (E.g. conduct or participate in knowledge transfer meetings; provide relevant documentation; address ad-hoc questions on ongoing basis) *OUTPUT:* * * · Technology solution options (e.g. alternative approaches / products, results of impact and analysis) · Technical Project Plan (e.g. what work is required, timeline) · Technical Deployment Plan (e.g. strategy for how solution will bedeployed; migration plan) · Technical design documents · Task list (e.g. detailed down to task level) · Unit Tests · Status reports (task tracking) · Support documentation · Case resolutions (e.g. fixed bugs, resolved issues) *Critical Technical Skills:* · Technical / Domain Expertise with Oracle Identity Management & · Oracle Identity Federation required, including installation, support & administration · Knowledge of Site minder is a huge plus · Support operations & maintenance of OIM / OIF · Design Concepts & Principles · Analytical Thinking and Applied Conceptual Thinking · Agility & ability to influence *Typically requires: * * * ·BSCS or equivalent plus 8-10 years of technical experience.
