Below is the requirement please let me know if you have any consultant,

We're working on developing and implementing the ECM module for R19
(Oct. 2009).  With that frame of reference, we're seeking an SME in
SAP MSS to help us work out the best design options and also to do
some Knowledge Transfer to the App/ Dev team who will be taking on the
actual MSS activities.
We'd like this person to have:

MSS and ECM experience
Hands-on experience with Web-Dynpro for Java, given the fact that we
have multiple requirements to change the look-and-feel of the ECM
application that is built upon that technology

The need is for about 2 weeks in November or December and 1 week in
March.  That timing should enable us to have our requirements in good
shape and meetings scheduled to fully utilize the resource.

XXXX and XXXXX would be the right people to be involved in any interviews.

Please let me know what other information you might need and next
steps.  If needed, some of the changes we plan on making and might
need this person to coach us through or assist in coding are:
List of Enhancements to MSS/ECM Web Application
1.        Adding new Input fields to the ECM Worksheet. Examples of
new fields are: Recognition Grant Flag and Promotion flag.
2.        Ability to hide push-buttons, and to rename the texts on
buttons. This would have to be specific to a given ECM plan (MERIT or
Equity)
3.        Adding a Statistics section at the bottom of the ECM
Planning screen. The statistics would need to updated/refreshed
real-time on clicking any button or hitting the Enter key.
4.        Adding links to the ECM Planning Screen for calling custom reports.
5.        Design and modification of the Homepage Framework to allow
supervisors to land directly into the ECM area of MSS.
6.        Adding a link for the Appraisals application (custom Web-Dynpro)
7.        Allowing a search by supervisor/chief on the first screen of
ECM Planning (Proxy Access).
8.        Changing the number of rows displayed on the ECM screens
9.        Freezing columns to allow the supervisors to view the key
columns as they scroll left-to-right.
10.        Automatic selection of all displayed employee rows, and
prevent the user to deselect any row.
11.        Change/Redesign of the step 3 (Review Report) of the ECM
Planning application
12.        Changing the colors and fonts on the screen
13.        Ability to by-pass the first screen of the ECM Planning
Application and jump directly into the second screen with certain
defaults
14.        Recommend best practices to be followed when making these
enhancements to the ECM application to ensure least impact to upgrades
and support packs
15.        Applying the new business functions that are delivered as
part of Enhancement Packs.
16.        Single Sign-On and Security.
17.        Loading the Compensation Specialist Business Packages and Postal Role
18.   Exporting the worksheet to Excel
