Minimum of 3-5 yrs of experience. 1. Experience leading and coordinating interface development and testing activities with minimal oversight. 2. Experienced in writing interfaces to validate and process interface data. 3. Strong communication and reporting skills are required. 4. Should be able to work with functional teams to manage interface requirements and scrope, manage development, unit testing and system testing. 5. Posess strong technical skills in peoplecode, app engine programs, file layouts, component interfaces, SQL scripting, SQR. 6. At the least, a basic functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS. 7. Experienced in working with vendors to troubleshoot technical issues. 8.
