Configuring, Upgrading, and Repairing all single-user computing technology, including personal computers, printers, PDA's, software packages, etc. The individual should have experience configuring and maintaining AV equipment. Should have a positive customer-service philosophy. Direct experience in diagnosis, repair and general support of personal computing required: to include configuring PC's/laptops, imaging/ghosting and troubleshooting and repairing peripherals. Should be familiar with Ethernet networks, Novell Netware, Windows Operating System, and Macintosh Operating System.
