Understanding of data quality measures Understanding of validation documentation such as system requirements and design, Requirements Traceability Matrix, and Test Summary Report Test script development and execution for unit and system testing *Position Comments: * Integrative Informatics (I2) will build the information mining capability necessary to support Tailored Therapeutics. I2 will focus on helping scientists seek correlations and find connections between pre-clinical (i.e., animal) and clinical knowledge to generate and test translational hypotheses. These needs will be met through: Availability and management of large scale data/information Integration of disparate, heterogeneous internal and external data sets (i.e., data fusion) Information mining and analytic capabilities (including complex pattern recognition Integrated Informatics is a group of applications and projects to meet these needs. Currently, there are eight projects under the I2 Program umbrella that are being staffed by XXXXXXXXX resources from both Discovery IT and GM&R IT. Additional XXXXXXXXX associates serving as scientific contacts are from areas including, but not limited to, XXXXXXXXX Systems Biology (LSB), Genomic Medicine, Integrative Biology, GBD Statistics, and product teams. This position will work with one of XXXXXXXXX's Informaticists to complete the development of specific pieces of a tool kit for data fusion. These will include quality and analysis tools to review data before loading. This does not include creating automated tools for loading, but rather these are generalized utility tools for reviewing data before loading. The incumbent will be expected to work autonomously on development activities, with subject matter guidance provided by XXXXXXXXX personnel. This project reports through a XXXXXXXXX project manager. This person will be responsible for regularly communicating their progress to the project manager, as well as any issues to the appropriate team member or project manager in a timely manner to XXXXXXXXXminate project constraints that would interfere with the project timXXXXXXXXXne.
