The manager may want to have the final interview in person and would prefer someone who would be able to drive to Rhode Island for the final interview. Here is the job description: *Duties and Responsibilities: * UNIX Admin Support in an AIX 5.3 environment. Serve as point of contact to facilitate service requests and problem resolution Duties include: System Installations and upgrades Access management User addition and removal Log rotation and archiving File system management Database connectivity configuration Operating system upgrades and patching Hardware maintenance and upgrade Network connectivity Operating system security Troubleshooting and problem resolution including after hours support Documentation Project, Incident and Change Management *Qualifications* Well versed in overall Unix Administration specifically with AIX 5.3 operating systems. LPAR Well versed in server technologies for configuration, management and troubleshooting. Experience with HACMP, Enterprise Class Systems, LPAR, Application installs.
