Advanced application administration of Siebel (running on Solaris OS)
WebLogic application administration Advanced command line level capabilities
on UNIX (or comparable) platform Scripting capabilities (perl, kshell, etc)
Responsibilities:
As part of an IT Delivery team, this role has responsibility for production
support for multiple enterprise applications running Siebel and WebLogic
components on a Solaris 9/10 platform. The role consists of the following
responsibilities: -Application installation -Code deployment -Application
configuration -application troubleshooting -Monitoring/Alerting -Deployment
support/readiness planning -Disaster recovery implementation/support
-Respond to and resolve production incidents, including engagement of needed
resources (networking, hardware support, DBA's, etc). -Tier 3 support for
end user issues not able to be resolved by IT Helpdesk -Oncall support as
needed, on rotation with other members of team.
