Client: XXXXX UNIX System Administrator Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 18 months Description: o Provides expert technical support and consultation for operating systems and applications. o Conducts and coordinates the analysis, planning, implementation, and upgrading of systems software and application software. o Participates in Stress Testing and performs analysis of the results. o Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies, and documents operating systems and application components. o Identifies and resolves complex systems problems. o Monitors and gathers performance statistics to assist in determining hardware requirements and communication bandwidth to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. o After hours, weekend work and On-call rotation is required.
