Require well tuned Nortel skills, and experience of working in an operations based rather than projects based environment *Skills Required;* Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education · Nortel M1 · Voice Mail System MM · Employ 384K ISDN backup for select IP CODECs. · Provision, install, test, and maintain all circuits necessary to provide IP Video Conferences. · Provide an appropriate number of IP addresses to Customer, as required by Customer. · Candidates must be capable of handling voice monitoring and operation services · Plan, install, operate, and maintain all applicable Standard Voice Network and VoIP (including Unified Messaging Systems), and manage and coordinate a Third Party Vendor's performance of Standard Voice Network "Tier 3" support. · Perform audits of VoIP (including Unified Messaging Systems) and manage and coordinate Third Party Vendors' performance of (or, as directed by Customer, Supplier shall be responsible for) conducting audits of Standard Voice Network voicemail.
