Job Description;



Responsible for the day-to-day operations of PBX

Responsible for the PBX services monitoring, maintenance, configuration, and
infrastructure builds as a part of the operations team.

Require well tuned Nortel skills, and experience of working in an operations
based rather than projects based environment





*Skills Required;*



Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

·         Nortel M1

·         Voice Mail System MM

·         Employ 384K ISDN backup for select IP CODECs.

·         Provision, install, test, and maintain all circuits necessary to
provide IP Video Conferences.

·         Provide an appropriate number of IP addresses to Customer, as
required by Customer.

·         Candidates must be capable of handling voice monitoring and
operation services

·         Plan, install, operate, and maintain all applicable Standard Voice
Network and VoIP (including Unified  Messaging Systems), and manage and
coordinate a Third Party Vendor's performance of Standard Voice Network
"Tier 3" support.

·         Perform audits of VoIP (including Unified Messaging Systems) and
manage and coordinate Third Party Vendors' performance of (or, as directed
by Customer, Supplier shall be responsible for) conducting audits of
Standard Voice Network voicemail. Maintain Standard Voice Network voicemail
and Unified Messaging Systems network distribution lists, including

·         Call accounting in support of VoIP, and manage and coordinate the
activities of all Third Party Vendors providing call accounting details for
Voice Conferencing Services.

·         Capable of configuring , install, test, operate, and maintain all
call accounting systems (e.g., database, PC hardware, and system Equipment
and application Software), and ensure the foregoing is compatible with
existing VoIP Equipment at all applicable network.

·         Capable of providing call detail reporting (CDR) records for all
VoIP and   Conferencing Services                                   Using
voice monitoring and management tools.

·         Capable of handling THE VOICEMAIL SYSTEMS.

·         Capable of handling SRST,CCMX,UNITY,GATEWAY,GATEKEPPER.

·         Good Technician

·         Good communication

·         Good follow up skill
