Responsible for* *delivery of all business analyst responsibilities required
for the Payroll initiative under the direction of the Business Project
Manager. In addition to working closely with Business Project Manager, the
Business Analyst will need to interact with the IT Analyst and IT
Development as well as other cross functional teams (i.e. Human Resources,
Tax, Finance, etc).

The Business Analyst will take a leading role in investigation, analysis,
and documentation of the business requirements for all aspects of Payroll.
Candidate must possess a strong understanding of global payroll processes as
well as experience working with ADP payroll applications such as GlobalView
and ProBusiness.  Work closely with external vendors and internal user in
development and implementation, including resolution of issues and capture
of further requirements.

Create and execute both manual and automated test cases in Mercury Quality
Center for the different testing cycles. This will include all testing that
is required to validate payroll interfaces and processes for various
countries. This may include different types of test cases such as unit,
string or end-to-end test cases.  Report any defects found during the
testing cycles and partner with the corresponding IT analyst to test the
fixes.

ID & Assess

   - Create the value case
   - Create business requirements document (BRDs)

 Analysis

   - Conduct a business impact analysis to understand potential impacts to
   both systems and business processes. Considers several alternatives in
   determining the final approach for the solution (balancing system changes
   with business process changes).
   - Work with IT to complete functional specification documents (including
   defining workflow, process flows, and potential screen shots if applicable)
   - Engage the Organization Adoption (OA) team to begin the creation of the
   communications and training plans

 Design

   - Creates the details test plans, test cases, and test results in Mercury
   Quality Center
   - Further refines the communications and training plans
   - Begin formulating the initial service level agreements (where
   applicable)

 Build

   - Conduct and coordinate systems and user acceptance testing
   - Reports and resolves issues resulting from testing
   - Finalizes the communication and training plans

 Implement

   - Completes required testing and all required documentation (i.e.
   procedures, training manuals, FAQs, etc)
   - Assists with the execution of the training plan with the OA team
   - Defines the business support processes

 Support & Maintain

   - Assists with post production support activities to stabilize the
   system.
   - Conducts a post implementation review (post mortem)

 *Experience:*

§         Solid understanding of end-to-end Payroll processes for US and
Global

§         2-5 years experience with ADP interfaces

§         2.5 years experience /knowledge of H2R interface

§         2-5 years experience with overall interface requirement mapping
and interface testing

§         5+ years experience in creating test cases and conducting testing
activities; payroll testing experience a plus

§         5+ years of experience with US and International Payroll
applications

§         5+ years of full SDLC implementation experience

§         Knowledge of ADP payroll systems experience a plus

§         Strong written and oral communications skills a must

§         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

§         Mercury Quality Center experience a plus
