Integration between ClearQuest and ReqPro with HP/Mercury Quality Center will also be required for project efforts. The candidate will be responsible for driving and executing the implementation of integration between ClearQuest/ReqPro and QC and reporting the results of the project daily to Leadership. The candidate will also be responsible for daily project management tasks across Test Automation and Performance Team project portfolios. The candidate will be responsible for weekly status reporting on all projects associated with Test Automation and Performance Team initiatives, this can be as many as 40 projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing a project plan for each project and manage the tasks to the project plan. The candidate must be experienced with managing large and small projects. The candidate in this role must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support project goals. Candidate must work well in a Team environment. The candidate must manage multiple projects proficiently, efficiently, and with full accountability for each project's results. Ensuring that all the Team project's are successfully implemented, managed and coordinated to facilitate in the completion of project goals. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with development Teams regarding approaches and options in test automation & performance testing. The candidate must work within established QA processes and methods and be able to integrate those processes into the development life cycles of projects in motion. The CTD Automation and Performance Team is a Team that consists of 16 people reporting to a Manager of Configuration, Testing & Deployment Automation Team.
