Please respond to [email protected] EPIC Security Analysts Beverly Hills, CA 1 month Pay rate is $40/hr These consulting positions will be needed for one month to provide Epic Security assistance before and during our upcoming CS-Link go-live (March 1st). We would like them to work February 12 through March14. · Prior to March 1, the people will work 8 to 5, Monday through Friday. · Starting March 1, the assignments will be seven days a week, spread out across three 8-hour shifts a day to provide 24/7 coverage. Their role will entail the following: · From February 12 - 28: 1. Learn about the design of the Revenue Cycle security. 2. Learn to use the trouble-ticket tracking system (ITG) and the security setup request and tracking system (CARS). · From March 1 - March 14, · Work during one of the following 8 hour shifts: 0600-1400 or 1400-2200 or 2200-0600, seven days a week. · Sit in a mini "command center" with 3 other professional data security specialists and a call-taker. · Handle assigned trouble calls. Examples of problems to be handled by these roles include o Change Active/Inactive Status for end-users, o Define initial default login departments, o Enter CARS Account modifications to speed up New User creations, o As a new user is created, monitor the approval process via CARS · Should global issues arise, validate support and import documentation · Assist in documenting resolutions and closing ITG tickets · Update our Security Master Template documentation (houses all our templates, security classes, security pts, etc.) The qualifications of these analysts should be as follows: · "Junior" Epic security experience (Revenue Cycle not required) · Detail oriented for accurate analysis and documentation of changes and fixes. · Composed under pressure. Good team player. · Comfortable with learning new computer systems (ITG and CARS). · Able to commit dependably to the work schedule from March 1 - 14.
