We have an opening for....... Position: Database Analyst/Programmer Location: Wichita, KS Duration: 9 Months The Product Certification team is looking for a proficient Database Analyst. Job duties will include assisting to identify data sources, constructing data decomposition diagrams, data flow diagrams, database design and implementation of a SQL server 2005 database for the Performance & Benchmarking team. This will include writing SQL customization, creating views, custom code, and reporting using Reporting Services. Strong development skills are required. In addition this position will also be involved in the customization of an internal application utilizing Visual Basic. SKILLS Ability to work in a team environment is required. SQL Server 2005 database administration - Required SQL Server Report Services - Required Ability to optimize SQL statements and write appropriate code internal to the database - Required. ASP.NET - Required Visual Basic development - Required PHP development - Required Perl Scripting experience - Desired Data Warehouse experience - Desired HTML or XHTML - Desired 3+ years experience with MS SQL server as a programmer / DBA, and MCDBA would be a nice "to have"..
