Minimum 4 years Lawson Human Capital Management experience – Functional
Including modules:  Benefits, Payroll, Personnel, Human Resources, Time
Accrual and Absence Management

Minimum of 4 Lawson HR Suite implementations

Must have worked as a consultant previously

Must have led a Lawson HCM upgrade

Must have HR 8.0 and 9.0 Lawson experience.

Strong Lawson Microsoft Add In skills

Must have multi state payroll tax experience

Must be certified by Lawson in Employee Self Service and Absence
Management.

Must have good written and oral communication skills

Must have worked with Lawson conversion programs

Kronos Timekeeper version 5 & 6

Lawson Financial Suite experience

Minimum UNIX commands

Lawson LAUA security setup

Lawson Web User setup

Lawson LIB (Lawson Business Intelligence)

Crystal Reporting

Lawson Process Flow Integrator

Role : Going to be a team member in Lawson upgrade 8.X to 9.X



*Responsibilities: *

Understand high level business requirements of Hannaford HR implementation

Validate use cases (test scripts) prepared by user with reference to unit
testing

Unit testing and verification forms (screens) of results based on use cases
provided by business users

Preparation of training material for the differences between Version 8 and 9
with reference Hannaford implementation

Identify any gaps in current implementation that may not work in V 9 without
modifications to policies

-Requirement – should be hands-on person and be able to work fairly
independently.
