Position: Business Analyst with solid Healthcare and Facets Experience Location: Owing Mills, MD Duration: 3 Months Please let me know if you have anyone available for this Healthcare Business Analyst position in Owings Mills, MD (Baltimore area). This is for a 3 month contracting position and could lead to a permanent position if the person is interested. face to face interviews will be required. Responsibilities: Conduct business analysis and interviews with business areas, Develop business requirements and functional design documents; Recommend best processes for configuration/ implementation of the core system according to the clients business; Assist with developing test plans and conducting unit testing; Create, maintain, and disseminate documentation as required; Provide training as determined by the client or Project Manager; Interact with client management, business, and technical personnel; Resolve software and data issues; Apply and expand existing skills and abilities to develop and deliver high quality and timely work products; Work as a team member to meet configuration goals. Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Solid background in healthcare business and systems Configuration / implementation experience with multiple modules within core processing systems such as, (and AMISYS, QNXT, Diamond, Power MHS etc.) is a must . MS Excel Rapid SQL and or MS Access Facets Data Models/Tables knowledge Understanding of related data models and ability to extract data is a plus Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Expert in at least 2-3 modules such as Benefit Plans Set-up, Claims processing, Provider Contracting, Medical and Utilization Management, Enrollment, Billing and Capitation with a basic understanding of the other applications and their relationships Basic understanding and ability to generate queries and/or reports using the data tables Ability to prepare and conduct training sessions Committed to quality and integrity Shows respect for opposing thoughts and ideas Demonstrates good judgment and self confidence Contact No: E-mail ID: Availability: Visa Status/Citizenship: Current Location: Rate or Employer Details: Regards, Gaurav Resource Manager Ling Technologies, Inc.
