Position Requirements/Skills:
· 5+ years of experience with group facilitation for Business and systems analysis.
· 5+ experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
· Must have Business Analysis Experience
· Extensive experience with Project Management Office methodologies and documentation
· Extensive experience using MS Project to track and maintain projects.
· Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures.
· Extensive experience in managing successful, large scale projects that include multiple diverse teams.
· Experience in Risk and Issue Management.
· Experience creating and presenting internal and external reports in regards to completing project deliverables within scope, schedule, costs and quality constraints.
· Extensive experience with meeting facilitation and documentation.
· Experience with coordinating numerous project teams and effectively conducting the initiative to meet overall objectives.
· Experience in meeting virtual teams.
· Strong communication and collaborative skills.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Government project experience desired.
