Dear Partner, We have Frank an excellent *SAS Developer* Available.He has more than 5.0+ years of experience in IT.He is ready for a new project on contract basis only.He is willing to relocate anywhere in US. *Frank – SAS Developer (Total Exp: 5.0+ Yrs)* *SUMMARY* • Over 5+ years of progressive experience as a *SAS programmer* • *SAS Certified* Base Programmer Credential for *SAS 9 from SAS Institute.* • 5+ years of experience and profound knowledge in *Base SAS, SAS/MACRO, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/SQL,* SAS/ODS - merging SAS data sets, preparing data, producing reports, SAS Formats and INFORMATS, SAS Functions, storing and managing data in SAS files. • Excellent command in producing reports using various *SAS procedures like REPORT, FREQ, TABULATE,* *MEANS, SUMMARY, SQL, TRANSPOSE, FORMAT, UNIVARIATE* to generate various data tables and patient data listings according to *Statistical Analysis* Plan(SAP). •Extensive experience in importing various external *data files into SAS datasets* and exporting SAS datasets into various type of files or relational database. •Produced efficacy and safety summary results with tables, listings, and graphs for company’s clinical trials as well as ISS and ISE for FDA submissions and in support of NDA submissions. •Possess good skills in *SAS programming* and *Report writing on both WINDOWS* and *UNIX environment. * •Involved in creating various reports complying with *FDA regulations (21 CFR-11). * •Expertise in SQL and Relational Database design, as well as other languages such *as .Net, C#, VB, etc;* •Worked with senior bio-statisticians, data managers and clinical research managers to provide SAS programming in analyzing the data, generated reports, tables, listings and graphs. •Working knowledge of clinical trial data including Demographic Data, Years Discrepancy Data, Legacy Data, Adverse Events (AE), Serious Adverse Events (SAE) and Laboratory Data. *TECHNICAL SKILLS* •SAS Tools: SASV9, SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/MACROS, SAS/REPORTS; •Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Windows/2000/NT/XP/ •Databases: Oracle, SQL Server 2000/2005, DB2, MS Access •Office Tools: MS-OFFICE, Excel (Pivot Table), PowerPoint •Languages: Matlab, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Rate: $Open, Available: One week Relocation: OPEN.
