Title: *FLEX APPLICATION DEVELOPER* Location: NJ Duration: 6months Skills: Own the development of one or more Web client-side components, from specification through design, coding, debugging, and deployment. Work closely with the operations teams of mobile operators and hosting providers such that they understand how to install, configure and operate Adobe’s Web applications. Work with members of the Project Management, Design and Development teams to build a coordinated feature set. Work closely with QE engineers to ensure quality throughout the development cycle. Develop and implement creative solutions to integrate our technology into mobile operator service infrastructures. Share expertise and advise others in the application of Web. Write high quality, high performance Actionscript 3.0 and mxml code. Write complete Unit Tests for developed code. Participate in scoping and sizing of requirements using Agile development methods. *Qualifications* Minimum 7 years commercial software development experience. BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Deep familiarity with Web application technologies (e.g. XML, XSLT, XHMTL, JavaScript, SOAP). 3 or more years hands-on ActionScript experience. 2 or more years hands-on Flex development experience. 2 or more years developing consumer-facing Web applications. Experience with standard revision control and defect tracking tools. Expertise building Flash-based presentations of large-scale applications. Experience writing deployment and installation scripts for enterprise applications. Familiarity debugging very large, server-based solutions. Ability to thrive working in a team environment and directly with customers. Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams. Passionate desire to build great products. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. *Ideal* Experience with Agile development methodology. 3 or more years experience working with mobile operators, integrating enterprise servers into their billing, customer care, provisioning, or network operations infrastructure. Experience with IBM websphere. Experience developing applications which interact with Oracle 9i and 10g databases.
