Microsoft Server 2003, Citrix 4.0 & 4.5, Citrix Web Interface . Troubleshoot LAN/WAN problems, implement corrective actions and recommend operational improvements Experience with Enterprise Class Storage Devices (EMC, SAN, NAS) . Experience with Virtualization using VMWARE . Understanding of ITIL Foundations including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. . Ensure systems and applications are compliant with applicable standards specified in task orders Desired Skill Description Act as authority on Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Office 2003, Dell products/technologies, Citrix Presentation Server 4/4.5, Citrix Web Interface 4 and SQL 2005 Support/Implement/Solve issues in a enterprise environment. When appropriate Install, Configure, update and maintain MS Windows/Citrix servers in a large environment. Function as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Windows Operating Systems and Citrix performing tier III support that includes problem management, isolations, and resolution. Must be flexible in hours, a lot of the work will be performed over weekend nights and early mornings. Coordinate with end-user and site for server swap out, and checkout after migration.
