Position: Project Manager Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 9+months Rate: $70/hr Ideal client background would be coming out of Blue Cross Blue Shield past client work or Worked in a State Agency (State of California, State of Oregon, etc) or other Healthcare clients. Managing and leading project teams and project plans for this conversion work. Communication will need to be 9/10 or 10/10 or pass. If a candidate has not done a ICD-9 to ICD-10 upgrade, conversion, Implementation then they will not be a fit. Our client will also want this work to be recent. REQUIREMENTS: Ø 7 to 8+ years Project Management, Project planning, Project Methodology. Ø 5+ years Project estimation, budgeting and leading project team members. Ø Managed and lead at least one or two ICD-9 to ICD-10 Upgrade, Conversions / Implementations Ø Solid understanding of HIPAA 4010 / 4010a Ø HIPAA 5010 experience would be a huge plus. Ø Very Analytical with Healthcare knowledge and project work in ICD-9 to ICD-10 Ø HL7 and EDI codes. Ø Experience in Model Audit Rule (SOX). - a plus Desired Skills: Ø Experience with one or more of the following: PMP, ITIL and CMMI is a plus.
