The definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems. The creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems. Work with business to define business/product requirements. Work independently or in a team to interview end users of systems, collect requirements, develop use cases, and work with application engineers to develop one or more business systems. Consults with business users to provide them with the knowledge needed to run their business. May include business or technical knowledge. May be asked to investigate and provide a solution to the problem at hand. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, build and maintain enterprise conceptual, logical, and physical multidimensional data models and data-marts that adhere to department standards, policies, procedures and industry best practices. Perform collection and detailed analysis of highly complex source data and evaluation of business requirements and translate these into sustainable and scaleable data model architecture. Collaborate with cross-divisional team leads, subject matter experts, business users, and development staff to develop data models.
