Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. This position may perform systems analysis functions. This developer will work on the Stop Loss application supporting the External Alternate Identifier project and maintenance service requests. Will write technical specifications, code and unit test. Will run batch test cycles for integrated testing. Needs to be able to work independently. *SKILLS REQUIRED: * *Required: Main Frame skills : TSO, DB2, SQL, cobol, jcl, endeavor, abend aid, bind precompile, TSO, Expeditor, File aid Also beneficial is Web development experience using VBv6, ASP(classic not .net), MS Visual Studio(nice to have).
