Position: QA Tester / TQM (Total Quality Management) experience Location: Richardson Texas(Need Local) Duration 6months LOCAL candidates or within driving distance will get first preference. Role: Sr. SW Quality Assurance Engineer - with TQM experience: 12 month contract located in Richardson, TX Skills: 2-5 years directly related experience. TQM (Total Quality Management) experience Implementation of appropriate structured repeatable testing strategies. Effectively communicate the testing strategy. Knowledge of software test techniques and execution, including but not limited to test automation, test coverage, test optimization, data analysis and formal quality management processes similar to SEI-CMMI or ISO9000 is necessary. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of open source automation tools is desired. Knowledge of LabVIEW, .NET, Perl and web server scripting is a plus. Other info: Responsible for testing and certifying quality of battery management products. Interact with System, Application Engineering and Development team during product definition to enforce internal standards in all specifications and ensure successful use of products in the market place. Responsible for test plan creation, verification, and execution with an emphasis on automation. Assess the effectiveness, accuracy and safety of new products based on existing safety standards / performance / specification guidelines. Data entry, recording of results and completion of paperwork in a timely fashion. Ensure a sustained competitive advantage by putting out high quality products. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Follows standard practices and procedure in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
