Agile too good to have. Need is for a consultant with very good insight into various compliance management techniques, regulations and implementation of processes to ensure adherence of the same. The consultant definitely needs to have experience with things like WEEE, electronic waste disposal, RoHS, Pb Free, etc. The candidate must have knowledge on how large supply chains work and how compliance is tracked through the supply chain. How does reporting happen across the supply chain? Understanding of things like TAA, NAFTA, and source of origin is a must. Experience in Oracle Apps / Oracle PLM / Agile. Experience with Agile and understanding of Agile is a must. Minimum experience is 10-15 years. Candidates have to be available for F2F interview with customer.
