Duration: 6 month Contract to hire Visa Status: Must be a US Cit or Green Card Holder *DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * · Analyze, design, build, test and implement extracts, transforms and loads (i.e. the facilitation of data movement across platforms) utilizing Stored Procedures or an ETL Tool. *MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:* 1. Dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual 2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline 3. 3+ years ETL development experience; experience with DB2 UDB and Utilities 4. Experience with Ascential Data Stage is required 5. Experience with multi-platform environments and languages including Cobol, OS/390, NT, AIX and Korn Shell scripting language; strong understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts, including star schemas 6. Proficient in PL SQL 7. Experience with use of a Reporting Tool (Actuate) and OLAP Technologies (Hyperion) a plus 8. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; ability to work on multiple assignments 9. Able to trouble shoot, debug and problem solve at the highest level; ability and desire to mentor others. 10. Experience in Stored Procedures or an ETL Tool across multiple platforms is required. Experience in OLAP and Reporting Tool Technologies a plus.
