REQUIREMENT 3 SAS - Technical Analyst Location: West Point PA or Rahway, NJ Duration: 3-6months Rate: Best Possible Position Description: This developer will lead the effort for developing reports to support FDA Standard for Exchange of Non clinical Data (SEND) pilot project. Developer need to study what has been implemented and developed at client area. He/She also need to learn SEND format and understand FDA SEND pilot project. The developer should work independently with minimum supervision from Solution Manager. The developer should read SEND requirement and be able to implement the design, development of SEND report. Developer also need to follow client's SL Skill requirements: 7+ year of experience with SAS,4+ year of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, and Relational Database, 3year of experience with Unix Shell Script, experience with Visual Basic and C .
